Frankly Speaking, Qatar is one of the leading countries in the Arab world beside UAE and Oman. This cute country has the highest GDP per capita among all countries in the globe due to its exporting oil and gas. Also recently it has a high rate of constructing modern cities. Most of the Iranians living in Qatar are related to petroleum industry. So if you are an oil-man, you can think about this super-rich land. But personally I do NOT recommend this country to those of other fields unless they would like to correlate their career to energy industry.
In the end, remember it is still Middle East and has its own barriers.
